摘要:

<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是呼吸系统的常见病和多发病,具有较高致残率和致死率。肺康复是一种通过综合康复措施改善患者呼吸困难及肺功能,使患者活动耐力、生活质量、心理状态和社会适应能力得到提高的诊治方式,广泛用于COPD患者的康复治疗。由于患者依从性低、对肺康复的重要性认识不足、康复设施场所匮乏和时间较长等问题,导致COPD患者肺康复效果不佳,增加了治疗难度[1]。虚拟现实技术的主要优势是可提供视、触、动等感官功能的体验,提高患者康复治疗的依从性,促进康复[2]
